A& L Construction Limited was founded by Lee White & Amy Ford in 2019. Lee & Amy decided to join forces after successfully completing over 300 various construction projects in the past 25 years.

Amy Ford – Director
Amy graduated university with a Quantity Surveying degree and began her career as a trainee quantity surveyor. She has positively progressed to both cost & project management over the years. Amy is proficient, well organised and resourceful and brings a great deal of experience to A&L Construction.
With references from some of London’s top fit out contractors and major clients such as Legal and General & Land Securities and over 15 years’ experience In the construction industry Amy’s hard-work, passion and determination shines through in all of her projects continually.
Her attitude and approach to work is built around very strong principles and beliefs which have become embedded in every business that she has been involved in. Specifically to approach all aspects of work in a pro-active, flexible and positive way. Problems are there to be overcome, not used as an excuse to fail.
Lee White – Director
Lee has been in the construction industry for 25 years. After starting his career as a bricklayer he continued to pursue his passion by extending his skillset through carrying out large domestic builds from groundworks to ‘shell & core’, and thus has been successfully managing his own building company, White’s Building Contractors since 2010.
His attention to detail, forward planning and strong communication is second to none. Lee’s career progression is aligned with his dedication to his workforce, working hard attitude and focus on client satisfaction.
